Hi Guys iam new to this forum and looking forwrd to getting involved with the paranormal. Iam 47 years old and live in Central London , i have always been interested in the paranormal as well as Aliens , but to be honest iam scepticle about a lot of ghost sightings as i feel there is nearly always a logical explanation , having said that what can not be explained is what interest me , i do have a theory that we exist on different parallel planes and that sometimes gets crossed over. I look forward to reading all the threads here Phil.

Hi Phil and welcome to Leicester Ghost Hunters, please feel free to share any of your experiences you have had as we would love to hear about them or any pictures you would like to have a second opinion, as all discussions and theories about the paranormal is very interesting. Like you i think there are things of paranormal which can be explained but somethings what can't be and thats when us paranormal investigators come into play

Hello, I'm 60 years old. I'm a retired Correction Officer. I live in Allegany County, western, NY. In my past work I've met plenty of people. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. I've had plenty of hair raising experiences with the living but until my mother got sick I had a few from the other side. I got my mother home and got her on HOSPICE. Mom was 93. The first night I was up at 2AM. Couldn't sleep. I was sitting by my mom when I heard a noise like a shortwave radio trying to tune in to different stations. I'm somewhat hard of hearing and thought somebody was out front in a car fooling around with a radio. Finally, I heard a distinct voice. "She's come home to die." Scared the hell out of me. I went into the front room to check, and of course there was nothing there. I kept a light on in there after that. Next came the odors. Sweet smells. Like cinnamon rolls. Always around my Mother. Once, I was looking though a old photo album of my Mom an Dads younger years and a sweet smell was over whelming? I thought the fan was blowing in the smell of a flowering bush my Mom had growing out front. I checked it out. The bush had no flowers. My Dad had passed 20 years before of Cancer. The only thing I can figure, it had to be my Dad waiting for Mom. He waited 30 days and Mom passed. I still smell the sweet smells from time to time. I had given my Mom a bell to ring during her illness. One night I woke up to the bells ringing. Wasn't Mom. She was sound asleep. The bell said, a bells not a bell until you ring it. It rang..
